1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KlipflowAI ("the Platform") at klipflowai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

KlipflowAI is an AI-powered content creation and advertising platform that provides tools including but not limited to: Facebook Ad Spy, AI video generation, AI image generation, script writing, voice synthesis, avatar creation, social media automation, and ad campaign launching.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One free trial per person per device is permitted
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial is prohibited and may result in permanent ban

4. Tokens and Credits

• New accounts receive 25 free tokens upon email verification
• Free trial videos include a KlipflowAI watermark
• Watermarks are removed upon subscribing to any paid plan
• Tokens do not expire and can be topped up at any time
• Unused tokens are non-refundable upon account cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use KlipflowAI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Create deepfake content of real people without their explicit consent
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce misleading or fraudulent advertising content
• Spam or harass other users or third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

6. AI-Generated Content

• You own the content you generate using our platform
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
• When uploading actor photos, you confirm you have rights to use that person's likeness
• KlipflowAI is not liable for how you use generated content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

7. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Token top-ups are non-refundable once purchased

8. Facebook Ad Spy

Our Ad Spy feature uses Meta's official Ads Library API and is fully compliant with Meta's terms of service. You agree to use ad intelligence data only for lawful advertising and marketing purposes and not to misrepresent the source of any advertising creative.

9. Social Media Posting

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize KlipflowAI to post content on your behalf according to your autopilot settings. You remain responsible for all content posted to your accounts. You can revoke access at any time from your dashboard.

10. Intellectual Property

KlipflowAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KlipflowAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or branding without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

KlipflowAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlipflowAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before pursuing any court action.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
